The KPI Screen contains four user-specific dashboards:

Activities

In your activities window, you can:
- View activities assigned to you in a calendar format
- Edit and close existing activities or create new activities
- Create follow up activities
- Create sales opportunities, quotations, or orders based on activities
- Link related documents such as sales quotations or orders
- Upload attachments to activities
Perform location based check-ins ?
- Reports the location of an activity for every stage of the sales process
- Check-in data can be used for effective monitoring of activities by sales managers using a dedicated activity report within the SAP Business One client
- Embedded in iOS/Google geographic services
- You can view activity locations for each specific day on a single map by tapping the locator icon on your main screen:

- Customers can be sorted by name, code, or intelligent sort by recency, frequency, monetary value, account balance, R.F.M. (Recency, Frequency, Monetary value) (Also displayed as the stars ratings on your Business Partners), P.R.D. (Proposed Reorder Date), Churn Probability ?
- Leads can be sorted by name, code, or intelligent sort by recency, open opportunities, and potential amount.
Business Partner Fields

- View customer ratings (based on R.F.M. values)
- The churn field displays your customer’s attrition risk (L – Low, M – Medium, H – High) and churn probability (in percentage %) ?
- Rather than R.F.M. values, leads display their most Recent Activities, Open Opportunities, Potential Amount, and Industry.

Attachments
- You may view, download, and upload attachments to and from business partners, items, activities, sales opportunities, sales documents, and service calls.
- Image files display directly in the Sales App. For other file types, a system message asking which program to use for opening the file appears.
- You may only upload image files.

- Permissions/authorisations are now enabled for leads in the app (configured via the SAP Business One client)
